Refund policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags (if applicable)

To initiate a return request, please contact us at contact@shopnavya.in with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page

  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)


3. Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • The refund may take 3–5 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

If a replacement is preferred and available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
