1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags (if applicable)

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page

Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)
3. Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

The refund may take 3–5 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
If a replacement is preferred and available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
